bitten off finger, sleep deprivation, etc. oooohh Ida!

My right hand looks as though it has been used as bait in a barrell full of hammerhead sharks. I now awake the same time as dairy farmers. I haven't seen more tee-tee on a floor since a bar bathroom in a college town on penny pitcher night. BUT I could not be happier! One look at beatiful Ida and even the coldest heart melts. Maybe it's the blue eyes. Maybe it's the softest fur, even the puppy smell. Regardless she is worth every fingertip band aid, predawn yawn and sprays of floor cleaner. As long as she stays asleep a full night............................
